In Home Care Services

  • Hourly Home Care

Whether you need assistance just a few hours a day, at night, on weekends or for transportation to doctor’s appointments, Home Care Assistance offers custom and flexible care plans for all your needs. Furthermore, clients can receive care during hospital stays, vacations or during travel.
  • Live-In or 24-Hour Care

Live-in home care is a great care option for families who are seeking 24-hour around-the-clock care for their loved one. Live-in home care is also a great alternative to any type of assisted living facility or a nursing home. Seniors often prefer remaining in the comfort of home so they can maintain their independence, and live-in home care in Fort Worth is the ideal care option for these individuals. A live-in caregiver provides 24/7 around-the-clock assistance and monitoring at the care recipient’s home but does not move into the senior’s home. Caregivers are required to maintain a separate residence. 24-hour live-in home care provides families the peace of mind that someone is always there to watch over their loved one.
  • Alzheimer’s Care

If you are considering care options for your loved one with Alzheimer’s, or if you are a family caregiver in need of respite, Home Care Assistance is here to help with expert Alzheimer’s care.

Our professional caregivers provide supervision, assistance with activities of daily living, and beneficial socialization on an hourly or live-in basis.
  • Stroke Care

The symptoms from a stroke vary depending on what part of the brain was affected by the lack of blood and oxygen. Common stroke symptoms include changes in alertness, personality, and behavior; difficulty reading, writing, speaking or understanding others speak. Stroke victims often suffer from memory loss, confusion, dizziness, muscle weakness and decreased vision.
  • Parkinson’s Care

Is your senior parent or loved one struggling with the devastating physical limitations of Parkinson’s disease? Do they have trouble with daily activities such as bathing and getting dressed, keeping the home clean and cooking meals? Home Care Assistance in Fort Worth provides specialized in-home care for seniors with Parkinson’s disease to help improve their quality of life and maintain their daily routines.
  • Hospice Support

For seniors who are nearing the end of their life, the comfort and familiarity of home is their preferred place to spend their final days. Surrounded by their family, friends, pets and possessions, patients and their loved ones are able to enjoy these precious last moments together.
  • Post-Hospital Care

When an elderly patient receives treatment in a hospital their recovery can be lengthy and painful. Often times, they want to be removed from the hospital as soon as possible, but once they are discharged, following proper medication and recovery instructions from their physician can be difficult for them to handle.

Once again, Dave Parks and Home Care Assistance has come to the rescue. I was working with a family who was making the important decision of whether or not their loved one could stay home or if it was time to consider a senior living community. The family's loved one really wanted to stay home as long as was safely possible. Dave was able to provide a game plan for the family which was a win-win for all. I love it that Dave and I were able to go in together to present all the available options and discuss them with the family to help them make the decision which works best for them. In the end, that is what is truly best. Dave provides a level of professionalism and compassion that stands out among others in his field. I highly recommend Home Care Assistance.

We moved to TX 1.5 years ago and one of the worries was finding home care for my elderly father. Luckily, I I found Home Care and have been extremely satisfied. In my prior state, I went through several companies and several providers before I found a perfect fit. With Home Care it was once and done. We have had a few different providers just due to vacations and every one of them have been outstanding. A special thanks to Fadia and Beauty who have been with us the longest. Every day they arrive with a smile and deal with my father with patience and respect. The Company is very responsive and quick to fill changes in schedule. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.
